Gargi De is an architect and urban design professional with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from RV College of Architecture, Bangalore, and a Master's degree in Sustainable Urban Planning from Istituto Europeo di Design, Rome. Her work is driven by a conscious approach to sustainability, integrating resource-efficient strategies, responsible material choices, and contextual design thinking into every project. Her work has also been featured on platforms including ArchDaily, Homify, and Architect & Interiors India's iGen 2019.

Raymond Vishal brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in operations, guest experience, and business strategy. His understanding of hospitality-led environments allows him to approach spaces through the lens of functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Together, Gargi and Raymond founded Stratus — a multidisciplinary venture that blends architecture, sustainability, hospitality, and experiential design. Their combined expertise enables Stratus to create spaces that are not only aesthetically refined, but also functional, immersive, and thoughtfully connected to the people who experience them.
